Usage limits

How BeReach keeps your outreach within reasonable usage limits, with daily caps and built-in safeguards.

BeReach keeps your daily outreach within reasonable limits while you build pipeline. You don't need to configure anything. It's automatic, and you stay in control.

Daily and weekly limits

Every action has a cap. These are the base limits. Established accounts move to a higher tier automatically.

ActionBase (daily)Higher tier (daily)Why this cap
Profile visits3501,050Visit bursts are the clearest automation tell
Connection requests3090Invites are the most closely watched action
Messages100300Keeps your sending pattern close to human
Comments1030Public, and the easiest action to read as spam
Searches and list building300750Heavy querying stands out quickly
Posts39Posting is not the job here, and volume looks automated

Every cap exists to protect your account, not to ration your plan. Your credit allowance is a separate thing, covered in how credits work.

Why are comments so limited?

We keep comments on a tighter cap than other actions. Even at the higher tier, you get 30 per day max.

What happens when you hit a limit?

Your agent pauses that action automatically and tells you how long to wait. Other actions still work, so hitting your visit limit doesn't block your messages. A Live chat pauses and resumes the next day.

How to reach the higher tier

After 7 days on a paid BeReach plan (Pro, Max, or Max+), your account is reviewed weekly. If your account meets the criteria below, your limits automatically move up to the higher tier.

The review looks at:

CriteriaWhat it means
Active accountYour connected account is still signed in
Complete profileYou have a photo, headline, summary, and experience
100+ connectionsYour network is well established
Recent postsYou've published something recently
Recent activityYou've been active recently (visits, likes, messages)

Referral boost: referring a friend raises your tier further.

Ask your agent: "Check my limits" to see where you stand.

A gentle start for new accounts

If your account is new or has been inactive for months, ramp up gradually rather than jumping to full volume. A measured start keeps your results steady.

PeriodActions per dayWhat to focus on
Week 1-25-10Profile visits, likes, comments. Settle into a steady rhythm.
Week 320-30Add connection requests at 5-10/day. Mix action types.
Week 4+Full limitsScale up to your full limits as you go.

Let your agent plan your ramp-up

Send this:

Check my limits.
Based on the results, create a ramp-up plan for the next 2-3 weeks.

Built-in safeguards

These safeguards run automatically on every action. You can't turn them off.

Before connecting

Your agent always visits a profile before sending a connection request, so your outreach starts from a real look at the person.

No duplicates

  • Connection requests: your agent won't send the same request twice to the same person
  • Messages: if a draft already exists for a contact, no new message is created
  • Chat actions: every action is tracked per contact per chat, so nothing repeats across runs

Message handling

  • Messages are paced with spacing between them
  • If someone replies before a scheduled message is sent, the message is cancelled automatically
  • Contacts flagged as "do not contact" are blocked from all actions across every chat

Account protection

  • If your session expires, your agent pauses automatically until you reconnect your account
  • Each run has its own credit budget, so no single chat can drain your daily balance
  • While a chat is running, account settings are locked so nothing changes mid-run

A respectful pace

Your agent spaces out its work so your outreach stays at a respectful, quality-first pace within the platform's limits. There's nothing to configure. It just works.

Checking your limits

Ask your agent: "Show me my current limits and usage." You'll see remaining capacity, current usage, and when limits reset.

You can also check the Activity page for real-time counters on every action type.
